Alex Tague

Alex is originally from Wigan near Manchester, and has worked in busy office environments and has a construction trade background prior to taking a role as a Physiotherapist.
Outside of work Alex is a keen football player and enjoy riding his mountain bike with friends and family in the stunning Whakarewarewa Forest and other areas around Rotorua.

Abi has been heavily involved in Playcentre and SPACE (Supporting Parents Alongside Children’s Education), and is now studying a post graduate Diploma in Teaching (Primary) part-time through Waikato University.

Certified in Lumbar spine and Cervical spine Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy with the commitment to completing full Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy certification in 2018, through McKenzie Institute International.
Nathan was born and grew up in Rotorua. He is the third generation of his family to live in Ngongotaha and continues to live there with his wife and dog.
Areas of clinical interest include low back pain, neck pain and musculoskeletal injuries.
Outside of work Nathan enjoys walking the dog by the lake, cooking innovative meals, trail biking and traveling overseas.

Completed Acupuncture training in the UK and advanced trigger point needling in NZ.
Areas of clinical interest include biomechanics of the foot and ankle and manual therapy Lydia has a background in competitive rowing and outside of work enjoys running, swimming, cycling and mountain biking.
